Entrusted Refuge Coalition Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming community care and enhancing access to high-quality, comprehensive services. We address inefficiencies and barriers to care through innovation, collaboration, and our Neighborhood Wellness Hubs Initiative.

Our Wellness Hubs serve as centralized resource centers, connecting communities to a wide range of holistic, evidence-based services. Using a Hub-and-Spoke Model, we partner with local organizations to deliver wraparound care tailored to each community's unique needs. These hubs provide intergenerational services that promote strong families and resilient communities.
